what am i here for?
a look into the services i offer and why they're important

What does it mean to strategically communicate?

We all communicate. The issue inherently lies in how we do so. Many of us are not intentional with our words. We don't think about their purpose, and, as a result, we speak aimlessly, superfluously, and carelessly.
Strategic communications help guide our words. When it comes to your brand and/or business, you deserve to have communications that echo the intentionality of your work.
social media
I've never known a world without social media.
From the moment I started middle school, I was on social media, and, for better or worse, I've been on these platforms ever since.
Now, I leverage that personal experience to help creators, brands, and businesses tell their stories. My approach is simple. I'm not chasing virality; I'm communicating purpose.

messaging
Your message is at the heart of your work—so you deserve a writer who puts their whole heart into it.
Fortunately, writing has always been my first love, and I make sure that it shows through my work—from press releases and website copy to social media captions and more.
BRAND DIRECTION
On every discovery call, I start by asking if the potential client has a messaging guide and a branding guide.
These two documents are not only necessary, but they're also essential to all of the work listed above. Fortunately, I'm here to help with everything from research to execution.

media relations
You’ve got a story to share, and you want people to hear it—whether that’s through traditional media or newer platforms like podcasts, newsletters, or Substack. Your news deserves an audience. Media outreach can feel overwhelming, but it shouldn’t hold you back. You don’t have to navigate it alone. If you’re looking for support with media relations, I’m your woman.
event planning
When I was 13, I asked my mom if I could plan my bat mitzvah—Cirque du Sloan—and I’ve brought that same energy to event planning ever since. Today, I channel my passion for partying into everything from four-course dinners to brand activations. From storyboarding to clean-up, I'm alongside my clients every step of the way, making sure they can live out their personal Cirque du Sloan.

patcraft
80th anniversary
To mark Patcraft's 80th anniversary, I partnered with the brand's social team on an eight-month campaign celebrating eight decades of design. Each asset traced the era-defining patterns, color palettes, and culture that shaped the company — built Instagram-first as a sliding carousel, so every post unfolded as its own decade-by-decade retrospective. This project was part of my ongoing social media work with Patcraft, delivered through my consulting at HL Strategy. Other examples of my work with Patcraft include this reel from NeoCon and this "designed for learning" carousel.

empowering communities through content
Through my work with HL Strategy, I've had the privilege of collaborating with Westside Future Fund on its social media and brand strategy. WFF is a nonprofit organization based in Atlanta that is focused on providing support to five neighborhoods facing some of the greatest needs: English Avenue, Vine City, Ashview Heights and the Atlanta University Center and Just Us. These next few videos are examples of content that I helped produce and edit for WFF's platforms.

Mijal Bitton | Thought Leadership & Digital Strategy
During my time supporting Dr. Mijal Bitton—an influential religious scholar and spiritual leader—I served as a strategic and creative partner behind the scenes, helping her ideas resonate more clearly and effectively in the digital space. Mijal and I worked to strengthen and streamline her social media presence across Instagram and LinkedIn. Our primary focus was Instagram, where we achieved a 40%+ followers growth over four months through a fully organic strategy. My role encompassed content creation (including graphic design, short-form video editing, and visual storytelling), copywriting, community management, and analytics-informed planning. We expanded her digital footprint through strategic collaborations with organizations and creators aligned with her mission, such as Unpacked Media.
Content that informs, inspires, Educates,
and mobilizes
This gallery features social media content I developed for Mijal Bitton, showcasing my end-to-end capabilities in visual design, copywriting, and strategic messaging.
From Torah-inspired reflections to calls for civic engagement, each piece is crafted to resonate with a values-driven audience—balancing emotional impact with clarity and depth. I specialize in translating complex ideas into accessible, visually compelling content that builds trust and drives action.
the pr habitat
Founded by Damaryan Benton, The PR Habitat is a volunteer-run community dedicated to helping students and early-career professionals break into the public relations industry. Through events, resources, and mentorship, “The Hab” gives its members the network they need to succeed. With more than 28,000 members across Instagram and LinkedIn, it’s one of the largest communities of its kind. LinkedIn is our primary platform, with just under 28,000 members.

In January 2026, I joined The PR Habitat’s board to lead business operations and social media. I’m responsible for content ideation, planning, and execution, as well as project management. That includes coordinating event logistics with vendors and talent, and building connections for our internal team so we can expand The Hab’s network and keep delivering for our community.

Since I joined, we’ve hosted an official SXSW meetup for Gen Z professionals with Breaking & Entering Media, a happy hour in Austin with Edelman, a virtual session with IPR Next, and our first independent in-person event in New York City.
